and who doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains and defiled his neighbor’s wife,
and that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbor’s wife,
(though the father did not do any of these things), that is, the son even eats [the food set before idols] at the mountain shrines, and defiles his neighbor’s wife,
And leaves undone all of the duties [of a righteous man], and has even eaten [the food set before idols] on the mountains and defiled his neighbor’s wife,
And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour’s wife,
though the father has done none of them. Indeed, when the son eats at the mountain shrines and defiles his neighbor’s wife,
even though his parents didn’t do any of them. He eats on the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
whereas the father himself does none of them. He eats on the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
his father never did. He eats meat at local shrines, has sex with someone else's wife,
and that doeth not any of those [duties], but also hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour's wife,
Though he doth not all these things, but that eateth upon the mountains, and that defileth his neighbour's wife:
He does things his father never did. He goes to the mountains and eats foods offered to false gods. He commits the sin of adultery with his neighbor’s wife.
He may go up the mountains and eat the food of idols. He might have sex with another man's wife.
(although the father did not do all these things), but the son goes so far as to eat on the mountains and even defiles his neighbor’s wife,
(though he himself did none of these things), who even eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor's wife,
(though he himself did none of these things), who even eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbour's wife,
(But the father himself has not done any of these things.) This son eats ·at the mountain places of worship [upon the mountains; v. 6]. He ·has sexual relations with [L defiles] his neighbor’s wife.
Though he do not all these things, but either hath eaten upon the mountains, or defiled his neighbor’s wife,
that his father never did. He eats at the illegal mountain worship sites. He dishonors his neighbor’s wife.
that the father never did. He eats sacrifices offered at forbidden shrines and seduces other men's wives.
though the father has done none of them. Indeed, when the son eats at the mountain shrines and defiles his neighbor’s wife,
(But the father himself has not done any of these things.) This son eats at the mountain places of worship. He commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife.
even though the father hasn’t done any of these things. The son who eats at mountain shrines, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
and that does not do any of those duties, but, on the other hand, he does eat upon the mountains, or defiles his neighbour’s wife,
And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour's wife,
and that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour’s wife,
(though he himself did not do any of these things), that is, he even eats at the mountain shrines and defiles his neighbor’s wife;
(though he did not do all of these things), for the son also eats on the mountains and he defiles the wife of his neighbor.
who refuses to obey the laws of God but worships idols on the mountains and commits adultery,
“But if this person has a child who turns violent and murders and goes off and does any of these things, even though the parent has done none of them— eats at the pagan shrines, seduces his neighbor’s spouse, bullies the weak, steals, piles up bad debts, admires idols, commits outrageous obscenities, exploits the poor “—do you think this person, the child, will live? Not a chance! Because he’s done all these vile things, he’ll die. And his death will be his own fault.
(though he himself does not do any of these things), but even has eaten on the mountain shrines and defiled his neighbor’s wife;
that his father never did. He eats at the illegal mountain worship sites. He dishonors his neighbor’s wife.
even though the father does none of them—a son who eats on the mountains, defiles the wife of his neighbor,
(though he himself did not do any of these things), that is, he even eats at the mountain shrines, and defiles his neighbor’s wife,
(though he himself did not do any of these things), that is, he even eats at the mountain shrines, and defiles his neighbor’s wife,
or does any of these other deeds, even though his father has done none of them: He eats at the mountain shrines and defiles his neighbor’s wife.
(But the father himself has not done any of these things.) This son eats at the mountain places of worship. He has sexual relations with his neighbor’s wife.
(though the father did not do any of them). He eats pagan sacrifices on the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
Suppose he does these things even though his father never did. “Suppose the son eats at the mountain temples. And he sleeps with another man’s wife.
(though the father has done none of them): “He eats at the mountain shrines. He defiles his neighbor’s wife.
(though the father has done none of them): ‘He eats at the mountain shrines. He defiles his neighbour’s wife.
And does none of those duties, But has eaten on the mountains Or defiled his neighbor’s wife;
that the father never did. He eats at the altars on the mountains, and sins with his neighbor’s wife.
And that son does all the evil things his father would never do—he worships idols on the mountains, commits adultery,
who does any of these things (though his father does none of them), who eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbour’s wife,
who does any of these things (though his father does none of them), who eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbour’s wife,
who does any of these things (though his father does none of them), who eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
who does any of these things (though his father does none of them), who eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
Though he [the av] doeth none of these; he [the ben] hath eaten [sacrifices to idols] upon the harim, and made tameh the isha of his neighbor,
“(even if he does not do all these things, but still has): eaten upon the mountains or defiled his neighbor’s wife,
who does none of these duties, but eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
who does none of these duties, but eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor’s wife,
(though the father himself does none of these things). He has even eaten at mountain shrines, defiled his neighbor’s wife,
Now suppose this righteous man has a violent son. The son is a killer and does wicked things that the righteous father has never done: He worships other gods, feasting at the heathen shrines atop mountains. He defiles his neighbor’s wife.
or who does not do any of those things but has eaten at the mountain shrines and defiled his neighbor’s wife,
and soothly not doing all these things, but eating in hills, and defouling the wife of his neighbour; (and truly not doing any of these good things, that his father did, but eateth on hills, and defileth his neighbour’s wife;)
And he all those hath not done, For even on the mountains he hath eaten, And the wife of his neighbour he hath defiled,
