Psalm 89:41-43

⁴¹ All who go by the way, plunder him. He is a rebuke to his neighbors.

⁴² You have set up the right hand of his enemies and made all his adversaries rejoice.

⁴³ You have also turned the edge of his sword and have not made him stand in the battle.
