²⁶ My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength^[a] of my heart,
my portion forever.^(A)

¹⁰ For you have forgotten the God of your salvation,
and you have failed to remember
the rock of your strength;^(A)
therefore you will plant beautiful plants
and set out cuttings from exotic vines.

²⁹ Your singing will be like that
on the night of a holy festival,
and your heart will rejoice
like one who walks to the music of a flute,
going up to the mountain of the Lord,
to the Rock of Israel.^(A)

⁸ Do not be startled or afraid.
Have I not told you and declared it long ago?
You are my witnesses!^(A)
Is there any God but Me?^(B)
There is no other Rock;^(C) I do not know any.
