Psalm 69:23-25

²³ Let their eyes be blinded, so that they do not see; and make their loins tremble always.

²⁴ Pour out Your anger upon them, and let Your wrathful displeasure take them.

²⁵ Let their habitation be desolate; let no one dwell in their tents.
