42 As a deer ·thirsts [longs; ^Tpants] for streams of water,
    so ·I [^Tmy soul] ·thirst [^Llongs] for you, God.
²·I [^TMy soul] thirst for the living God.
    When can I go to ·meet with [^Lsee] ·him [^Lthe face of God]?
³Day and night, my tears have been my food.
People are always saying,
    “Where is your God?”
