Psalm 33:9-11

⁹ For He spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood.

¹⁰ The LORD breaks the counsel of the heathen and brings the devices of the people to nothing.

¹¹ The counsel of the LORD shall stand forever, and the thoughts of His heart throughout all ages.
