² “Command the Israelites to send away from the camp anyone who has a defiling skin disease^[a](A) or a discharge^(B) of any kind, or who is ceremonially unclean^(C) because of a dead body.^(D)

⁶ “‘Throughout the period of their dedication to the Lord, the Nazirite must not go near a dead body.^(A)

⁶ But some of them could not celebrate the Passover on that day because they were ceremonially unclean^(A) on account of a dead body.^(B) So they came to Moses and Aaron^(C) that same day

¹¹ “Whoever touches a human corpse^(A) will be unclean for seven days.^(B)

¹³ If they fail to purify themselves after touching a human corpse,^(A) they defile the Lord’s tabernacle.^(B) They must be cut off from Israel.^(C) Because the water of cleansing has not been sprinkled on them, they are unclean;^(D) their uncleanness remains on them.

¹⁴ “This is the law that applies when a person dies in a tent: Anyone who enters the tent and anyone who is in it will be unclean for seven days,

¹⁹ “Anyone who has killed someone or touched someone who was killed^(A) must stay outside the camp seven days.^(B) On the third and seventh days you must purify yourselves^(C) and your captives.
