Jesus Enters Jerusalem
11 And He entered into Jerusalem, into the temple. And having looked-around-at everything, the hour being already late, He went out to Bethany with the twelve.
Jesus Curses a Fruitless Fig Tree
12 And on the next day, they having departed from Bethany, He was hungry. 13 And having seen from a distance a fig-tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find anything on it. And having come to it, He found nothing except leaves[a]— for it was not the season for figs.
