³⁴ and He healed^(A) many who were sick with various diseases^(B) and drove out^(C) many demons.^(D) But He would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew Him.^(E)

³⁵ Very^(F) early in the morning, while it was still dark, He got up, went out, and made His way to a deserted place.^(G) And He was praying^(H) there. ³⁶ Simon^(I) and his companions went searching for Him.
