54 [a]And when his disciples, James and John saw it, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command, that fire come down from heaven, and consume them, even as (A)Elijah did?
55 But Jesus turned about, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not of what [b]spirit ye are.
56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. Then they went to another town.
