¹⁸ “‘Follow my decrees and be careful to obey my laws,^(A) and you will live safely in the land.^(B)

²⁸ They will no longer be plundered by the nations, nor will wild animals devour them. They will live in safety,^(A) and no one will make them afraid.^(B)

²⁶ They will forget their shame and all the unfaithfulness they showed toward me when they lived in safety^(A) in their land with no one to make them afraid.^(B)
