¹⁰ Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me?^(A) The words I speak to you I do not speak on my own.^(B) The Father who lives in me does his works.^{(C) 11} Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. ⁹ “As the Father has loved me, I have also loved you. Remain in my love.^{(A) 10} If you keep my commands you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love.^(B)

¹¹ I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you.^(A) Holy^(B) Father, protect^[a] them by your name^(C) that you have given me, so that they may be one^(D) as we are^(E) one.

¹⁵ I am not praying that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.^(A)
