¹⁸ But I will establish my covenant with you,^(A) and you will enter the ark^(B)—you and your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives with you.

¹⁸ On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram^(A) and said, “To your descendants I give this land,^(B) from the Wadi^[a] of Egypt^(C) to the great river, the Euphrates^(D)—

⁹ “‘I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers,^(A) and I will keep my covenant^(B) with you.

¹⁵ and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws^(A) and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,^(B)
