¹⁰ You blew with Your wind,
The sea covered them;
They sank like lead in the mighty waters.

¹⁵ If He ^(A)withholds the waters, they dry up;
If He ^(B)sends them out, they overwhelm the earth.

^27 (A)Who says to the deep, ‘Be dry!
And I will dry up your rivers’;

^4 (A)He rebukes the sea and makes it dry,
And dries up all the rivers.
^(B)Bashan and Carmel wither,
And the flower of Lebanon wilts.
