⁹ Know therefore that the Lord your God, ^(A)He is God, ^(B)the faithful God, ^(C)who keeps ^[a]His covenant and ^[b]His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who ^(D)love Him and keep His commandments;

²⁰ “This is what the Lord says: ‘If you can ^(A)break My covenant for the day and My covenant for the night, so that day and night do not occur at their proper time,

²¹ then ^(A)My covenant with David My servant may also be broken, so that he will not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levitical priests, My ministers.
