³⁹ then hear in heaven, Your dwelling place, and forgive and act, and give to each in accordance with all his ways, ^(A)whose heart You know—for ^(B)You alone know the hearts of all ^[a]mankind—

⁴⁰ so that they will ^[a]fear You all the days that they live on the ^[b]land which You have given to our fathers.

⁸ And I will ^(A)cleanse them from all their wrongdoing by which they have sinned against Me, and I will forgive all their wrongdoings by which they have sinned against Me and revolted against Me.

^9 [a]It will be to Me a ^(A)name of joy, praise, and glory before ^(B)all the nations of the earth, which will hear of all the ^(C)good that I do for them, and they will be ^(D)frightened and tremble because of all the good and all the peace that I make for it.’
