33 For God is not the God of disorder[a], but of peace.
This Also Includes Women Being Quiet During The Church Service
As[b] in all the churches[c] of the saints, 34 let the women be silent[d] in the churches. For it is not permitted for them to speak[e]. But let them be subject, just as the Law also says[f]. 35 And if they want to learn anything, let them question their own husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.

General talking and asking questions is in view. Others think women prayed and prophesied elsewhere, subordinating 11:4-5 to this verse, meaning Paul is forbidding all speaking in church by women.
